This includes our signature Safe Push Prep session—customized to help you optimize pelvic alignment, breathing, and pushing strategies to reduce the risk of soft tissue and joint injuries during labor and delivery. Clients also have the option to work with our specialized doulas who provide full-spectrum support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Dr. Tieya M. Qualls, PT, DPT, PRPC, RYT-200, RPYT is the founder of Quality Touch Physical Therapy & Wellness, proudly serving the DMV area. A licensed physical therapist with over 19 years of experience, Dr. Qualls holds advanced certifications in pelvic health, manual therapy, and dry needling, including Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through the Herman & Wallace Institute. She treats individuals across the lifespan, specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum care, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Her holistic practice blends clinical expertise with wellness-centered care. Dr. Qualls is also a certified birth doula, Yoga & prenatal Yoga instructor, and meditation teacher, integrating movement, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care into her treatment sessions. She is the creator of Pelviflow™️, a pelvic health-focused yoga and meditation offering, and provides personalized yoga and fitness recovery sessions for individuals and groups.

A proud alumna of Hampton University and Howard University, she has served as an adjunct professor and clinical instructor, committed to mentoring the next generation of healthcare providers.
